In new generation of mobile communication, multimedia messaging (MMS) presence is very common. In such an environment protecting users who are destination of the messages is very important. Not any family wants their children gets immoral contents or images; or users don’t want to expose to influx of mass media messages. Therefore in such an environment, a system is needed to control messages and provide a safe environment for users. In order to resolve this problem, Amnpardaz Software Company have designed and implemented multimedia messaging service filter. Currently this software is in experimental stage. This software was produced to control multimedia messaging in network and prevent inappropriate use of multimedia messaging service. This software is used by mobile network operator and related organization with legal supervision to exchanging messages in the network and it is solving the lack of a center to monitor messages. All these are possible with help of a suitable user interface.

1. Message filtering
System detects messages which are received within a certain timeframe in the system and prevent them from sending. This means if a same message in a certain timeframe is exchanged, prevent it from sending and its content for illegal determination is shown to director. If the director determines the message is illegal, prevent all the following messages to be sent and its content (image) is added to the list of illegal content.
2. Image filtering
All images in multimedia messages received by the system are compared with defined patterns in the system. If bit by bit compare or content analysis detects an image as an immoral, it will be treated according to the defined rules in the system. If a new image was detected by the system as an illegal image, after director‘s approval the image is added to the list of illegal images.
3. Text filtering
Process text in multimedia messaging system and according to the rules defined in the system, it content change, delete or may decide to stop the message.
4. Online listening
System should able to detect messages which consistent with rules that are defined in online listening and act according to defined rules.
5. Offline listening
System stores all multimedia messages in the system for 3 months
6. Gray list support
System based on defined rules, after receiving a certain number of illegal messages from a subscriber, adds him to the gray list and sends him a warning with SMS. If subscriber exists in the gray list, adds him to the black list. With addition of subscriber to this list, a warning message should be send to him by SMS.
